Ceremony for the Certificate of Commendation to Mr. Richard Parry, Head of Global Relations Division, Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, OECD

On 8th December 2016, Chargé d’Affaires Ryotaro Suzuki honored Mr. Richard Parry in a ceremony for the Certificate of Commendation at the Office of the Permanent Delegation of Japan to the OECD.

Mr. Parry has worked in the OECD for many years and has achieved great success as the head of division in charge of outreach activities for non-OECD countries in tax areas.

As he will soon leave the OECD, Mr. Suzuki awarded Mr. Parry the Certificate of Commendation with admiration for his great service and achievements.
