On 24 April 2019, Ambassador Hiroshi Oe, Permanent Representative of Japan to the OECD, honored Ms. Anne Carblanc in a Certificate of Commendation Ceremony at the Office of the Permanent Delegation of Japan to the OECD.
Ms. Carblanc has worked at the OECD for many years and has achieved great success as Head of Division in charge of digital economy issues.
Ambassador Oe awarded Ms. Carblanc the Certificate of Commendation with admiration for her outstanding service and achievements.
